True North Massage Niagara's services are not billable to insurance companies either directly or indirectly. However, it is something we are hoping to offer in the near future.

Our Massage Practitioner, Christine, is an unlicensed professional. She has completed with honours an Ontario accredited 2200-hour Massage Therapy Program.

True North Massage Niagara enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, this deposit will be forfeited & a new one to be provided to secure a future appointment.

True North Massage Niagara wants to ensure we can provide excellent service to all our clients. Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. This allows time to fill out a one page health history form, to use the restroom if needed & to ask or address any concerns or inquiries that you or the practitioner may have.

If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your reserved appointment time you forfeit your deposit & will be required to pay in full to rebook a future appointment with us. 

Please note depending on the service, your practitioner may offer to alter your treatment to accommodate you. It is your choice to accept or not. However, the full service price will be charged.

Example: You book a 1 hour massage and show up 15 minutes late, you still need to fill our a health history form PRIOR to receiving your service and answer questions your practitioner may have or vice versa. That time is deducted off your service time. We will not alter our service pricing.

Yes! True North Massage Niagara is a small local business located in the lower level of our home. 

We have completely renovated the space into a day spa with our client's comfort in mind. From our tranquil colours, speaker system, table and our vegan and cruelty free product line, we have you covered.

There is a separate entrance, treatment area and restroom and free parking just for our clients.

Regardless of what service you book. You will always start with a brief consultation. 

You can also expect friendly practitioners and a clean and safe environment.

Dress for comfort regardless of what type of appointment you are coming for. 

Massage appointments skin to skin is optimal but it's YOUR choice! Client's will be draped for their massage appointment. If the drape becomes loose, priority is to resecure the clients drape for comfort and modesty. 

There is a closet conveniently located for all your belongings inside the treatment room.

True North Massage Niagara is equipped with Earthlite Spirit tables. They are the premium massage table choice. At just over 6ft 3 inches in length the table is 32 inches wide.  Earthlite Spirit tables are exceptionally stronger and wider than typical massage tables. They have an 800lb working weight and a 3200lb static weight.

The tables are well cushioned with over 3 inches of luxury cushioning.

True North Niagara has pillows and bolsters for additional client comfort.

True North Massage Niagara is not currently accessible. There are 7 stairs leading to the lower level where we are located. We are currently seeking out an accessible location within the Niagara Region.
